No haunted hospital ever had a ghoul as terrifying as this Wretched Horror Prop! The realistic-looking figure has the body of a woman in a hospital gown, but the face under its long black synthetic hair is almost completely decomposed. Its mouth is open in a bloody snarl, and a molded ribcage can be seen above the neckline.
